The new wine estate report
Dear Manincor friends, we really are fortunate! We live in blissful surroundings and are in the happy position of being able to do whatever we choose. Moreover, we can involve you and let you savour the fruits.
In his column ‘Hand work’ Helmuth Zozin recounts the events of the last and current wine year – and especially the winter period. It may sound strange, but the preconditions for a good wine year are laid during the winter. It also shows that biodynamic cultivation has become a permanent philosophy of ours, principles we implement right down to the smallest details.
In this issue we join the entomologist Jean-Henri Fabre in exploring how the principles of the wide world are reflected in miniature in the lives of insects. And are astonished at what we can learn from the smallest creatures. This gives us courage to continue with our principle of fostering the number and diversity of insect life in our vineyards.
This is already the 12 th edition of our wine estate news, and we have finally completed our new hompage: fresh, clear and eminently informative. In our opinion, typical Manincor. Why not pour yourself a glass of wine and take a little time to browse through it.
Perhaps it will whet your appetite to visit us. If you can, we look forward to welcoming you!
